after a super long flight ( NRT-SFO-JFK.. sigh...), finally got to new york late last night.
my man Chris Vidal picked me up at the airport.
it was actually the first time someone picked me up at JFK. it was very nice not taking stupid cab after such a long flight..
i totally forgot new york gets this cold. it was like minus 6c according to the captain.
i am staying this newly renovated hotel called "the pod hotel" on 51st street on east side. its small but cozy and decent price. next you travel to new york by yourself, this is the spot.
today i am going to spend my first day with all the flight club family. cannot wait to see everyone.
again, thank you for giving a ride chris. you are the man.
